Pyarasagifts.com is an online flower and cakes delivery website which is registered with the Karnataka government. This page contains all the important information, terms and conditions that stand well for the orders placed on our website.

Our Delivery Timings

We have the same day, fixed time and midnight delivery. All the same-day delivery orders should be placed before 06:00 pm on the same day, any order received after this will be considered as the order for the next day, which will be delivered at the earliest. Our regular timing of gifts delivery is from 09:00 am to 09:00 pm. For fixed time delivery and midnight delivery options, customers can mention the information in the instructions box which will be available on the payment page, or customers can contact pyarasagifts.com regarding any queries related to a fixed time and midnight delivery orders. But it is important to contact prior and confirm before placing an order for fixed and midnight delivery.

Delivery timings cannot be promised in situations like weather conditions, riots, strikes, elections, bandhs, during rush hour days like Valentine's Day, Mothers Day, Rakhi, New year Eve etc, and the cancellation of the order will not be considered in such situations.

Discounts and Offers

All the types of special discounts and offers are only decided by the Pyarasagifts.com team and the offers and discounts cannot be clubbed/applied together.

Delivery Address Change

Customer requests for changing the delivery address will be considered only before 48hrs of processing with the actual delivery, requests raised after this will not be considered and the cancellation of orders is not accepted in such situations.

Order Change

Any changes in the order items will be considered with pecuniary adjustments only if requested before 48hrs of processing with the actual delivery. If the customer raises an order cancellation request, cancellation charges of 5% are applicable.

Product Delivery

Because of different vendors in different cities and seasonal limits products, the floral arrangements cannot be guaranteed to be exact duplicates of those shown on the website. Although the quantity of product/item will be the same, if substitutions are required due to product non-availability, then the substitutes will be of similar or of greater quality. Changes in the colours of flowers will also be considered in this situation. The decoration and the icing of the cake may vary from vendor to vendor depending upon local availability, and the cake also will not be exactly as same as shown in the similar, but it will be similar and we will try to deliver the best products to our customers.

Delivery of Damaged products

If customers find any damage in the product, customers should report to us within 24 hours with proper proof of damaged made to the product, and we will try to rectify the damage but any disputes raised after this will not be considered.

Rules of Delivery

i. Order delivery will be processed as per the instructions, for example, if the customer has mentioned in the instructions box that the order has to be delivered to the recipient only, then the order will not be delivered to anyone else, and the order will be marked as delivered if the recipient is not available or recipient is not able to accept the order.

Handover the order to someone else (other family members at delivery location), other than the receiver will be considered only if the sender and receiver grant the permission.

ii. Pyarsagifts.com will attempt the product delivery only once, if in any situation the recipient is not available or not contactable the delivery will be re-attempted but extra delivery charges will be applicable to the customer. After the second attempt of delivery if the recipient is still not available/contactable or the recipient does not accept the order , then the customer shall still be charged for the order and no re-delivery attempt will be done after this.

Substitution Policy

Sometime’s due to local availability issues, substitutions of product items like flowers or containers become necessary. If this is the case with the gift you've chosen, our skilled florists will make every effort to maintain the style, theme, and colour scheme of your order arrangement, substituting only items of equal or greater value. However, we reserve the right to substitute flowers (included) if necessary.

Duplicate Order Rules

If Pyarasagifts.com notices that the same order has been placed twice by the customer, we will try to contact the consumer by reaching out to the contact information provided by the customer and clarify the situation. If we are unable to contact the customer, we shall make the decision on our behalf, which will be final.

Dealing with Fraudulent Customers

If we discover any fraudulent activity on the part of a customer, such as a mistaken address, an unethical message, unusual delivery timings, or any other cause, we have the authority to refuse that order or ban that customer without having to answer to anyone.

Rules for a recipient not found/ not contactable

If the recipient is not available to receive the order, or the recipient is not contactable and we have clear instructions to deliver the order only to the recipient, then the order will be considered as delivered, and there will be no refund.
